1. Introduction
Welcome to Hilink (“we”, “us”, “the App”). By using our service to automate LinkedIn posts and comments, schedule posts, and access LinkedIn data via OAuth, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- User: Any person who registers and grants LinkedIn OAuth access.
- Content: Scheduled or automated LinkedIn posts and comments created via our App.
3. Account & Authorization
- Users log in via LinkedIn OAuth; we only access data you explicitly authorize.
- You are responsible for securing your LinkedIn credentials.
4. Service Use
- The App enables scheduling LinkedIn posts/comments via trigger.dev and stores data in NeonDB.
- We fetch your LinkedIn profile and content data on-the-fly for display and actions.
5. Prohibited Use
- Do not use the App for spam, harassment, unlawful or abusive content, or in a way that violates LinkedIn’s terms, rate limits, or applicable laws.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your LinkedIn account content.
- We own our software, infrastructure, trademarks, and documentation.
7. User‑Generated Content
- You are solely responsible for any Content posted via our App.
- We do not pre‑moderate your content and bear no liability for it on LinkedIn.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- We provide the App “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the fullest legal extent.
- Under no circumstances are we liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost business or data.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or LinkedIn’s API policies.
- You can revoke OAuth permissions at any time; after revocation, the App will not function for your account.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may revise these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Updated versions will include a revised “Effective Date.”
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration or in courts located in your jurisdiction, as applicable.
